Buena Vista Ranch is opening its doors to the general public for some amazing live events you will want to save on your calendar. We can’t wait for you to join in the fun with us!
BLUE RIDGE WINE FEST
This event is being hosted by Wino Events on June 7th, 2025. Tickets will be for sale on their website linked below.
MUSIC & MAKERS FEST
Spring & Fall – This festival is a blast for the whole family, featuring live music by local music artists on multiple stages throughout the property. The Mulberry Barn stage will usually feature one opening music act, followed by a featured artist. Local makers and handmade vendors will be available throughout the various barns to sell unique wares from home decor, jewelry, skin care, candles, and more. Don’t forget the food and drinks! It’s not a party without some fabulous food and beverage vendors to take care of your munchies. Enjoy yard games, farm animals, and s’mores by the fire pit.

Tickets: $25 adults / $12 age 10 & under / under age 2 free
MOVIES & MEMORIES NIGHTS
Enjoy a unique, fun evening of movies and popcorn in the barn with family and friends. Bring a chair and get comfy to watch pre-released movies perfect for a night of fun on the farm. Grab a bag of gourmet popcorn, hot cocoa, or table top s’mores and settle in. Movies and memories night is all about having great times and making great memories together.

FARM TO TABLE WINE &
BOURBON DINNERS
An intimate gathering of 30 guests will dine on 3 to 5 courses seasonally selected and paired with some of our favorite wine and/or bourbon pairings.

EVENT RENTAL
Our event rental package includes:
- Exclusive access to both indoor and outdoor event spaces for your event for up to 12 hours
– 74 acres of rolling hills and green Texas meadows
– Several buildings, including our trademark barn and open-air chapel
– Unlimited capacity for outdoor events and up to 400 guests for indoor events - Secure on-site parking
- Video and audio session recording
- Premium surround sound
AMENITIES & ADD-ON SERVICES
- In-house event planning services and vendor coordination
- Assistance booking with our preferred vendors for all event services such as catering, bartending, music, florals, photography, and more
- Rental items, including but not limited to: linens, tableware, lighting, photo booths, heaters, fans, etc.
- (Coming soon) Activities, including but not limited to: skeet shooting, horseback riding, vintage bar truck, etc.
- Up-lighting and stage-wash lighting
- Additional rental hours for $200 per extra hour
- Space rental for photoshoots for $50 per hour
